Trent Cotchin had an outstanding AFL career, a dynamic midfielder known for his leadership, skill, and toughness. He was appointed Richmond captain in 2012 and led the club to three AFL premierships in 2017, 2019, and 2020. Cotchin won the 2012 Brownlow Medal and was also recognised as an All-Australian. His direction and influence were key to Richmond's resurgence as a powerhouse in the AFL. After a remarkable career, he retired in 2023, cementing his legacy as one of the club's greatest players.
